My Scheming Mind...
Well, here's the scoop:
My family is preparing to move once again as both of my parents have been accepted at a very good Bible college that is just far enough away that daily commuting is not feasible. We are currently looking for a house, and as soon as God directs us to the correct one we will be moving. Our goal is the 1st of August, but we trust that God will move us in His timing.
Once we are safely ensconced in our new residence I will be searching for temporary employment that will only last about a month (or less, if necessary). I have need of a minimum of $200 before I can implement this next stage of my life…
During the first week of September my cousin Kelli will be moving in with my family, and shortly thereafter I will be moving out. The prior-mentioned money is needed for a one way bus ticket and a little bit of a cushion to hold me over for a few weeks. Here’s why:
Kelli’s mother, my Aunt Debbie, is graciously allowing me to live with her since her daughter is going to be living with my family and I need a place to live for a while. You see, I am moving back to Montana.
I already have a job waiting for me, thanks to God’s grace and His divine intervention two years ago when I quit this same job. I had intended at the time to write my employer a very nasty letter detailing why I hated working for them and would never do so again. Thankfully, God intervened and I had an attack of conscience and never wrote the letter, managing to part on extremely good terms with my boss. Well, now that reserve is paying off – they want me back! Not only that, but the client I worked with two years ago has apparently requested me as her caregiver several times over the years. She is a very kind Christian lady who was a delight to work with. I am truly blessed!
So my plan is this:
Return to Montana in September, work for Kensington while living with my aunt, and eventually buy a car and find a new job (this one pays well, but it is high stress). Next fall (2007) I hope to enroll in the Montana School of Massage and earn my certification as a massage therapist. After that is anybody’s guess!
